Following Hurricane Katrina, with a one year old son in hand, Cat and Chad moved to Mississippi for job opportunities.
After 4 years as a store manager for a national company, Chad started his repair and maintenance career for a medical supply company, then formal training with a national appliance repair company.
Fifteen years after this journey started, Cat and Chad decided that national service companies were taking advantage of their customers with pricing hikes and focused more on selling over priced, undervalued warranties than servicing their customers.
Today, we find them starting their own company, Gulf Coast Appliance Repair LLC, with the vision to treat every customer with respect.
